Who can countersign an ODT Declaration Form?

An ODT Declaration form is required to be countersigned on behalf of the Club.  Only an active “Officer” who has previously submitted an ODT Declaration Form and received FA approval can countersign a form.  By exception and with the approval of The Association, If there are no active Officers then an ODT Declaration form for an Applicant Officer can be countersigned by another Applicant Officer.
