The matter of Club placements at Step 6 sits solely with The FA's Leagues Committee. As part of the promotion application process the Committee reserves the right to ask Club's for their preferred placement, but this is in no way a guarantee.

Should a Club be unhappy with their placement they would have the right to appeal in accordance with The FA's Appeal Regulations.
