How are Clubs at Steps 5 and 6 & Regional NLS Feeder League Clubs seeking promotion to Step 6 invoiced for grading inspections?

Step 5 and 6:

The various Leagues at Steps 5 and 6 currently administer the ground grading process at Steps 5 and 6 of the NLS and so The FA will not ordinarily invoice Clubs for ground grading inspections, unless a request was entered for an FA Independent Grader to inspect a ground.

Clubs seeking promotion to Step 6:

Clubs seeking promotion will usually require a grading inspection of their ground in order to be eligible for promotion. This will not be the case for those that are ground sharing with a Step 1 to 6 Club or those that are known to have met the grade - e.g. a Club that was relegated from Step 6 the season before.

Clubs who require a grading inspection will be periodically invoiced by The FA throughout the season at a cost of £120 per inspection. Where a Club requires a second (or third and so on) inspection in person, this will attract a further fee.

In all instances, any invoices raised will be found under the 'general invoices' section in Whole Game System/Platform for Football.
