How are Clubs at Steps 3 and 4 invoiced for grading inspections?

The process for Ground Grading Inspections is slightly different at Steps 3 and 4 of the NLS compared with that at Steps 1 and 2. This is on the basis that an FA Independent Ground Grader always accompanies a League Grading Officer to each inspection. Therefore, The FA will periodically invoice Clubs throughout the season for Ground Grading Inspections at a cost of £120 per inspection.

On occasions, some grading teams will ask for photographic proof that works have been carried out following the first grading inspection. In this instance a second grading fee would not be levied.

Where a Club requires a second (or third and so on) inspection in person, this will attract a further fee.

In all instances, any invoices raised will be found under the 'general invoices' section in Whole Game System/Platform for Football.
