Clubs are very welcome to request a Ground Grading inspection outside of the three-year cycle, and this usually occurs if a Club are looking to make investment into their facility.
In the first instance, the Club should contact their League's Ground Grading Officer/Director in order to see if an internal inspection can be performed. If this is not possible it may be that one of the Independent Inspectors could be allocated to any such inspection and requests can be made to NLS@TheFA.com.
Owing to a limited Ground Grading Inspector resource, the number one priority will be for the team to complete the inspections associated with the three-year cycle.
